We continue to experience a higher-than-normal call volume and would like to apologize for our delayed phone responses. We understand the frustration that this may have caused and are actively working to follow-up on each voicemail in the order it was received. If you left a voicemail, there is no need to call back in. We will respond to your message as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

If you have any medical or cosmetic skin concerns, simply call our office at 206-937-8954 and we will schedule an appointment at your convenience. We will be able to tell you whether a referral is necessary, or not.

u

How long will my appointment take?

Medical appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes unless otherwise specified by your medical provider. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow our front desk staff to check you in and collect any copayment that is required by your insurance.

u

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring you insurance card(s), photo identification and a form of payment if your insurance requires a co-pay or if you’ll be self paying for your appointment.

u

What will my first visit involve?

The first appointment usually lasts from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the nature of your concerns. We will review your medical history and other information that you provide. We will then perform a comprehensive skin examination, and provide you with a customized treatment plan. If a diagnosis cannot be attained from a skin examination alone, additional steps such as a blood test or skin biopsy may be needed. You are welcome, and encouraged, to ask questions, voice your concerns, and discuss your goals. Your skin care is all about you!

u

What is the cost of dermatologic treatment?

Like any medical care, the costs will vary depending on the nature and extent of the condition/s being treated. In many cases, insurance policies will cover all or part of the cost. Our knowledgeable staff will gladly help you receive the maximum benefit from your insurance. We offer many financing and payment options and will work with you to ensure that your skin care is both convenient and affordable.

u

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask for 24-48 hours notice. This allows us to schedule another patient in your place. If an emergency arises, please give us as much notice as possible. Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment without notification may be subject a cancellation fee.
