About Susan Duffy
Susan Duffy is a highly experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant with more than 25 years of clinical experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and helping patients achieve healthier skin through personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Susan specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, acne, rosacea, skin infections, and skin cancer. She is particularly experienced in advanced immunology and biologic therapies, helping patients navigate complex treatment options for chronic inflammatory skin diseases. Susan also performs comprehensive skin cancer screenings and a variety of dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, electrodessication and curettage, intralesional injections, and phototherapy treatments.
In addition to her medical dermatology expertise, Susan has extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology. Her aesthetic services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, IPL photorejuvenation, and fractional laser treatments, with a focus on achieving natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s confidence.
Throughout her career, Susan has been committed to advancing dermatology education and patient care. She has served as a clinical trial sub-investigator, contributed to advisory boards for leading dermatology organizations, lectured at professional conferences, and mentored future healthcare providers and clinical staff. Her passion for lifelong learning allows her to stay at the forefront of emerging dermatologic therapies and innovations.
Susan earned her Bachelor of Clinical Health Sciences from the University of Washington School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. She also holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Washington State University.
Susan is known for her warm, collaborative approach and values building lasting relationships with her patients. She believes that patient education is a vital part of successful treatment and enjoys partnering with patients to help them make informed decisions about their skin health and overall well-being.
