We continue to experience a higher-than-normal call volume and would like to apologize for our delayed phone responses. We understand the frustration that this may have caused and are actively working to follow-up on each voicemail in the order it was received. If you left a voicemail, there is no need to call back in. We will respond to your message as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)

What to Know About Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)

Treating Excessive Sweating

Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a disorder in which the body produces an excessive amount of sweat. This can be idiopathic (i.e. no known cause) or can be the sign of a more serious medical condition. It can affect any area of your body, but is most common in the armpits, palms of the hands, and soles of the feet. Hyperhidrosis can be treated with topical medications, Botox®, oral medications, and surgery.
